Paneer Paratha is a very soft and rich roti prepared by stuffing paneer inside it. Paneer stuffed inside gives a soft texture to the roti and makes it more wholesome. This delicious stuffed paratha goes very well even with very simple side such as curd or mango pickle.
Paneer prepared at home is more than sufficient for this recipe as we are going to shred the paneer and dont need any commercial shapes to it. There is definitely nothing like freshly made paratha straight into our plate, try it today and enjoy your breakfast

WHEAT – 1 CUP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 3/4 TSPNOIL – AS REQUIRED SALT – TO TASTE WATER - AS REQUIRED TO STUFF GRATED PANEER – 1 CUP GARAM MASALA – 3/4 TSPN AMCHUR POWDER – ½ TSPN SALT – TO TASTE CORIANDER LEAVES – FEW |
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl add wheat flour and salt, mix it together. Then add 2 tsp oil and water and make a soft chapatti dough and soak it for 2 hrs by closing it with a lid or cling or foil.
2. Shred the paneer in mixie jar or using hand if your paneer is homemade or very soft.
Take a bowl add shredded paneer, coriander leaves, amchur powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and mix it

3. Make the lemon size balls from wheat dough and from paneer mixture.
Then roll the wheat ball and place the paneer balls in middle and close it from all the corners and make it as a ball
4. Repeat the step for all the parathas and make it as balls. Then again roll it flat in such a way that the stuffing should not come out
5. Heat tawa and cook the parathas one side once you see golden spots flip it to the other side then your paratha will rise like a poori. (Cook both sides till you see golden spots). You can either splash butter or oil on both the sides of paratha
6. Similarly cook all the parathas and serve it hot,
