LADIES FINGER – ¼ KG
SALT – TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSPN
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSPN
TEMPERING
OIL – 1 TBLSP
MUSTARD SEEDS – ½ TSPN
URID DAL - ½ TSPN
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSPN
CURRY LEAVES – FEW

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take pan heat oil, in hot oil temper the given ingredients and wait till urid dal turn golden.
2 .Add ladies finger and saute it until the sticky liquid is gone then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix it
3. Stir it and fry it till the ladies finger caramelizes.
4.Transfer it to serving dish and serve it with rice, curd rice, rasam,Kuzhambu
